Don't miss WAFFLE WEDNESDAYS
at the 5-5-1 Club & Cafe community center!!
(lower level of the chapel at Lyngblomsten -- 1415 Almond Ave., St. Paul)
From 9:00 - 10:30 AM on Wednesdays, everyone from the community is invited to enjoy a cup of coffee and piping hot, freshly made waffles with a variety of toppings. $3 per person.

Friday Night Hike
Two Friday nights a month, the 5-5-1 Club hosts a walk and social time at various locations across the Cities. RSVP, then meet at the designated location for a walk, followed by a stop for coffee or a meal together.
June 18 location is Summit Avenue. Meet at 6 PM at Summit & Victoria. Look for Geri Rutz and her dark blue Saturn Vue with the American flag.
RSVP to 651.632.5330 and give your phone number so you can be notified in case of inclement weather or change of plans.

Lyngblomsten Gift Shop's Sidewalk Sale
Shop the Lyngblomsten Gift Shop’s CLEARANCE EVENT, with “Christmas in July” to find great bargains on unique gifts for everyone (including yourself!). Sale hours: 12:30—7:00 PM, located in the Newman-Benson Chapel on the Lyngblomsten campus (across the hall from the gift shop).

5-5-1 Club & Cafe's Annual Community Ice Cream Social
Join neighbors, friends and family anytime between 2 PM and 7 PM in the Lyngblomsten campus courtyard (Midway Parkway & Pascal Street, St. Paul) for this annual summer celebration. This year the Ice Cream Social "goes down under" with an Australian animal exhibit. Enjoy food (hot dogs, corn on the cob, cake, and ice cream) and games at old-fashioned prices. July 23 location is Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, 2500 Cty Rd E (just north of where Apache Plaza used to be).

5-5-1 Club Outing - Lake Minnetonka
Looking for a fun summer outing without the planning? Join the 5-5-1 Club for lunch and a cruise on Lake Minnetonka on Monday July 26. Cost is only $34 and includes transportation from Lyngblomsten and lunch. The group will leave the 5-5-1 Club at 10:15 AM and return around 3:00 PM.
